Privacy
Effective 1 October 2026. This covers the personal information the free Stride service at stride.autospark.ai collects and what happens to it.
Who is responsible
Brightgro LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as AutoSpark, is responsible for your information. Contact: hello@autospark.ai.
What we collect
Your email address, your name if you give one, and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
The content you put into your workspaces, and the names or roles of anyone you add to a map.
Basic technical records needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in times and counts used to enforce limits. Stride has no advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we use it
To run your account and show your work to you and the people you invite, which is the service you asked for. To keep the service secure and within its limits, which is our legitimate interest. To email you about your account, such as confirming your address or a change to these terms. We do not sell your information and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who else handles it
Supabase stores the database and handles sign-in, in the United States. Vercel hosts the application. Google is involved only if you choose to sign in with Google. Each processes data on our behalf under its own data protection terms.
If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there. Where the law requires it, these providers' standard contractual clauses cover the transfer.
Share links and cookies
A share link lets anyone with the link see a read-only copy of that map, including any names you put in it. Stride uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and stores a few screen preferences in your browser.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your account and the workspaces you own are deleted straight away. Encrypted backups are kept by our database provider for a short period, normally up to seven days, and then overwritten.
Your rights
You can see and correct most of your information in Stride, export your maps, and delete your account in Settings. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct, restrict or delete it, by writing to hello@autospark.ai. We reply within 30 days.
If you think we have handled your information wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, for example the Information Regulator in South Africa or your national authority in the UK or EU.
