Terms of use
Effective 1 October 2026. These terms cover the free Stride service at stride.autospark.ai. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who runs Stride
Stride is operated by Brightgro LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, trading as AutoSpark. Questions about these terms go to hello@autospark.ai.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms, for yourself or for the organisation you use Stride for. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
The free service and its limits
Stride is free. Each account can hold up to 10 workspaces of up to 300 steps each, with further limits on size that keep the service available to everyone. AI features are not part of the free service.
We may change, limit or stop the free service. If we stop it, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export or delete your work.
Your content
What you put into Stride stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to you and the people you invite, and keep the service running. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.
Only add information you have the right to use. If you map a process that involves other people, do not add personal information about them that they would not expect you to share.
A share link makes a read-only copy of a map visible to anyone who has the link. Turn the link off in Stride to withdraw it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Stride to break the law, to store or share material that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, to probe or overload the service, to get around its limits, or to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account and the workspaces you own. We may close an account that breaks these terms or has been inactive for more than 12 months, after an email warning where we can send one.
Liability and law
Stride is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Brightgro LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you is limited to USD 100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing in them removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
